Production & Sourcing Manager
Join our team to support as a Production & Sourcing Manager supporting our Production Department!
CP Brands Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Apparel Production and Sourcing Manager to join our team. Must have denim and woven experience in children’s wear. Walmart experience a plus. This is a full-time position based in our NY Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all production across multiple factories, as well as production assistant and sourcing manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and other paperwork is obtained in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that the production meets their vision
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure all factories are on track for an on-time delivery
- Monitor production quality and ensure that all requirements are met
- Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and professional manner – collaborate with sales and design teams when necessary
- Negotiate with factories to hit better pricing, works with manager of sourcing to cross-source items and secure best prices
- Required to travel to new factories (Bangladesh, Madagascar, Pakistan, India)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Expert in Wovens Children’s Wear
- Expert in Denim Children's Wear
- Walmart Experience
- 5+ years of experience in production management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Excel
